At Y Style, we strive to provide exceptional service and care. Our policies maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they help us create a positive and comfortable environment for everyone.

Late Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of their booked appointments. No-shows will be charged 100% of their booked appointments.

 

Late Arrival Policy

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full service you deserve. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and apply a 50% service fee based on their booked appointments.

Payment Processing Fee

​

A processing fee of 1.59% + $0.28 applies to all card payments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Hygiene and Safety

We adhere to strict hygiene practices, sanitising all equipment after each use and maintaining a clean environment at all times.
